If Natty Light was a university, it'd be these places.

Something called FiestaFrog.com released a list of the 100 Top Party Schools.

No such list would be complete unless Arizona State University topped it, being higher education's equivalent of a bad episode of COPS.

The top ten:

10. California State University, Chico
9. Syracuse University
8. University of Texas at Austin
7. Pennsylvania State University, Main Campus
6. Louisiana State University
5. University of Miami
4. West Virginia University
3. University of Wisconsin, Madison
2. Florida State University
1. Arizona State University

In a mild upset, Fitchburg State (my alma mater!) came in at #73, just going to prove that run down former mill towns with burnt out houses and crack fiends can inspire a party anytime!

Admittedly, I can't spell Schenectady or Sheboygan without spellcheck

The White House has long been a boon for poor grammar and spelling. Dan Quayle couldn't spell "potato" without jazzing it up with an "e." And George W. Bush couldn't get through a few sentences without creating new forms of unrecognized speech patterns.

Now, Barack Obama just lost upstate New York in the next election by changing the spelling of its biggest city.

Deadspin.com caught a screen grab of Obama on ESPN filling out his March Madness basketball bracket, and damned if Syracuse didn't become "Sycasuse." Not to be outdone, the ESPN graphics guy flubbed right along, giving his own spin on the spelling. I believe "Syracsue" is how hit-and-run lawyers refer to the city.

Most troublesome of all is that Obama thinks Syracuse will make it to the Elite Eight.
