The AP has decided to modernize like it's 1999.

Gawker Media reports that the Associated Press--and the poobahs behind writing AP Stylebook which newspapers around the country abide by religiously--have finally decided the word email no longer needs to be spelled e-mail.

Granted, this is the newspaper industry we're talking about. They might have just heard recently about email.
