Holiday tipping guide suggests your 'extracurricular instructors' hate money.

If you're rich, the holiday season means you need to start tipping the the plebeian masses around you.

Jacqueline Whitmore, a leading international etiquette expert and founder of the Protocol School of Palm Beach, suggests that you give a "thoughtful gift" to the array of teachers, educators, and intellectuals raising the child you haven't seen since birth.

Whitmore says those 'extracurricular instructors' raising your children don't want money, but actually desire a creative gift at the holidays. For example, according to Whitmore, if you're a piano teacher you'd actually prefer a bookmark made out of an ivory piano key instead of a cash tip.

On the bright side, you can sell that ivory bookmark at a pawn shop for, like, $25.

Don't forget to tip your sarcastic bloggers, too. Besides cash, I also accept personal checks and PayPal.
