Boston College photography professor Karl Baden has taken the same black-and-white photo of himself for 27 years, starting when he was 34-years old.
Now 61, Baden has barely changed his hairstyle during the time of this project, nor grown any facial hair. As he tells Boston's WCVB-TV, "I'm interested in what happens to my face and flesh."
Baden continues, "Taking a picture for myself everyday is like brushing my teeth."
The professor also mentions that he missed only one selfie in the 27 years, for no major reason. He simply just "forgot."
Which means one day Karl Baden's teeth smelled pretty rank.
Really? 27th year anniversary? Is this a thing?
