Texas man arrested after not returning library book.

Copperas Cove, TX, adopted a law stating that library books not returned within 90 days of their due date--and ignoring emails and phone calls from the library--warrants an arrest. And that's just what happened.

Jory Enck was arrested recently after not returning a high school exam study guide to the library. Apparently he was also that sort of brazen individual who ignored phone calls and emails.

Enck was released on $200 bail, and the book was returned shortly thereafter.

Finally, the citizens of Copperas Cove can rest easily from this reign of criminal terror.
