New York Yankees manager Joe Giardi's dad died the other day. The Yankee skipper hoped to keep the news quiet (with the Yankees being in the playoffs), but a small town newspaper posted the obituary that was picked up by the likes of the New York Post.

This led to the following online headline from the Post

The only thing more surprising than the suicide squeeze is having a corpse in the dugout.
