It makes my ribs ache because it's funny and they're the Canadiens (and I'm a Bruins fan): Twitter whoopsie for Montreal Canadiens leads to problem jersey names.

Much like when the New England Patriots celebrated their one millionth Twitter follower by creating customized avatar Twitter jerseys for fans, the Montreal Canadiens followed suit for the same reasons.

The problem?

Not everyone's Twitter handle is--how shall we phrase this politely?--good.

Take the @ILOVEISIS jersey. Yes. That ISIS. Not the ancient Egyptian goddess with the wonderful wings.

Hey, welcome to the family!!

Twitter trolls came out in abundance with every unsavory handle they could muster--all because every time they posted to the Montreal Canadiens Twitter feed they were replied with a visual similar to above.

Except if you followed hockey (you don't) or you're a Boston Bruins or Toronto Maple Leafs fan (you're not) you'd know it's difficult to tell which were Twitter trolls and which were actual Canadiens fans.
