Court says Kafka manuscripts must be moved to Israeli library.

An Israeli judge has ruled that two sisters--Eva Hoffe and Ruth Wiesler--must turn over a vast collection of Franz Kafka and Max Brod manuscripts they inherited from their mother, Esther Hoffe, who was Brod's secretary.

The judged ruled that the works were not given as gifts to the sisters, and that Brod bequeathed them to the Israeli National Library in his will.

Kafka left his work to Brod with the direction to burn everything unread.

As we can see, Brod didn't pay attention to Kafka. Ruth and Eva are just keeping up with tradition at this point.

I'm just stating facts here: Kafka rocked a bowler hat.

I also want to know more about the nameless dog in this photo. Let's name him Tito in the meantime. Kafka and Tito. Sounds like a detective agency.
