'Orina' means 'peace' or 'peaceful' in Russian, or so the branding experts at Target thought when they named a style of sandals after that. Sandals equal peaceful footsies, and all that good stuff.
Except 'orina' also means 'urine' in Spanish, which is a much less sexy proposition when you're trying to woo a diverse customer base.
So Target is desperately trying to relabel/rebrand those sandals into something less human waste-y inspired.
Because Spanish is such an obscure, little-used language.
